Valtavaara Suites: nestled in the embrace of ancient forests
Adjacent to the Valtavaara Nature Park, five small buildings with four apartments each will be constructed. On the ground floor, there will be two smaller apartments, while the second floor will feature stunning penthouse apartments with exceptional views of both the slopes and the ancient forests of Valtavaara. The design of Valtavaara Suites is still in the draft stage, allowing for potential modifications. The proposed floor plans are preliminary.
SCHEDULE: The realization of Valtavaara Suites requires a change in the area's zoning plan, so construction will not begin before 2026. The planning of the Suites area will progress during the summer of 2025, with pre-marketing starting no earlier than the end of 2025.
