Ski-Inn Hiutale 66
This is perhaps the most meticulously designed Ski-Inn apartment in history, utilizing the ingenious star-shaped layout of the smaller Hiutale. This ensures that each apartment has open views of the fells, and thanks to the internal staircase, neighbors do not pass by your window.
The bright master bedroom features a generous 180 cm wide double bed. With an innovative space solution, Hiutale66 also offers two sleeping alcoves with 160 cm wide double beds and ample storage space. The very large dining table for 8 people can also accommodate guests for an evening after a day of skiing. The spacious living areas extend to a glazed terrace.
The building's slope level includes a shared ski maintenance and storage area. Hiutale has a total of 15 apartments across two floors.
Hiutale is fully equipped, starting from champagne glasses. The ecological and energy-efficient structure made of thermal logs ensures both living comfort and environmental friendliness.
SCHEDULE: The pre-marketing of Hiutale will begin in March 2025. The goal is to start the construction of the first Hiutale buildings in the fall of 2025, from the houses marked on the map as B (Hiutale66) and D (Hiutale33), with the first Hiutale units expected to be completed in early winter 2026.
Hiutale houses have been designed in collaboration with Polarhouse, with architect Tero Vanhanen.
