Ski-Inn Hiutale 33 houses, situated between Valtavaara Nature Reserve and Rukatunturi, offer the perfect blend of natural tranquility and the comforts of a mountain resort. In these stunning 33-square-meter homes, you can enjoy the magical northern atmosphere—snowy landscapes, the glow of the northern lights, and top-notch services right at your doorstep.
The cleverly designed, snowflake-shaped buildings feature 15 corner apartments across two floors. The slope level includes shared ski maintenance and storage facilities, as well as communal washing machines.
Hiutale33 is like a cozy little cabin for a couple. Thanks to two additional beds, it is also an excellent choice for a small family.
One extra bed folds down from the wall above the sofa, while the other unfolds effortlessly from the sofa itself. This way, the extra beds do not take up space in the living room when opened.
As is typical with Ski-Inn, Hiutale offers complete amenities, starting with champagne glasses. The eco-friendly and energy-efficient structure made from thermal wood ensures both comfort and environmental friendliness.
SCHEDULE: The pre-marketing of Hiutale will begin in March 2025. The goal is to start constructing the first Hiutale buildings in the fall of 2025, from the marked houses B (Hiutale66) and D (Hiutale33), with the first Hiutale units expected to be completed by early winter 2026.
